Registration FAQs
Reservation Transfers & Name Changes: Are accepted up to 72-hours in advance of Summit within the same company.
Cancellations: Request for refunds must be received in writing prior to May 31, 2024. Your refund will equal the ticket price less a $100 processing fee. After May 31, 2024 please provide a name change within the same company or you may request a credit note valid for MAPconnected Membership and Events for next 12 months. Credit note valued at current ticket price paid.
