Luis Gerardo is an experienced Quality Professional holding a Master’s in Quality and Productivity Engineering from Universidad de Celaya, Mexico where he is originally from, he also has a Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering from the Instituto de Estudios Superiores del Bajio. Luis Gerardo has 10 years of experience in the automotive industry from Production and Supplier Quality to Customer and Advanced Quality starting his career at GKN Driveline in Mexico. He also worked and supported FCA’s (today Stellantis) for one of their programs launch in Mexico as a Supplier Quality Engineer and today, using his personal and career experiences, Luis Gerardo has spent 4 years supporting continuous improvement in Quality, Warranty and Service systems on the efforts to become the number one on their division. His professional and personal commitment is that the investigations, corrective actions and lessons learned drive the service and products to exceed customers expectations. Luis Gerardo is the Warranty and Service Engineering Leader at GKN Automotive based in Newton, North Carolina, USA.
