We look forward to being able to gather together for in-person events again. However, in the unlikely event that travel is constrained or your personal circumstances do not allow for travel, we will arrange for the event to be available as a virtual experience so that you can view from the safety of your home or office. Substitutions
Your registration may be transferred to a member of your organization (same corporate entity named on original registration) up to 24 hours before the event. Please contact us to make a substitution.
Refunds
A 100% refund is available until 8/13/21. No delegate refunds are available after 8/14/21. Substitutions are available at any time.
Room Block
MAPconnected offers room rates at the Dearborn Inn, A Marriott Hotel at a discounted rate of $159 per night from October 12th through October 14th. The rates do not include state and local taxes. Book your group rate here. Last day to book: September 13, 2021.
Health & Safety Protocols
Your health and safety is our #1 priority. CDC Event Guidelines will be followed, including Facility Cleaning Guidelines. You will find a complete list of venue safety protocols here. In addition, we are mandating health and safety rules for presenters, requiring catering to provide “hands-off” meals and beverage service when possible, designing safe traffic flows and attendee spacing, and optimally-placed sanitation stations.
Data Agreement
By registering for this event, you will be agreeing to be opted into MAPconnected communication lists and sharing your registration information with partners of this event. Please contact us should you wish to opt-out of sharing your information with this event’s partners. By attending you also authorize MAPconnected the right to take photographs, video and audio at the event and to use such images and your company name for use to promote the event.
