Jossey holds the role of Lead Product Engineer at Magna Seating Systems Engineering since July 2019. Previously she served as Senior Warranty Engineer and Analyst for 12 years.

Jossey holds the designations as Magna Seating Systems Warranty Team Lead, Magna Seating Warranty Database Champion and Warranty Centers of Excellence Global Expert. She has served as member of 2015-2017 OESA Young Leadership Council and a frequent speaker on warranty management impacts on product quality and Ubiquiti Information Exchange keynote speaker.

Using Data Analytics To Identify & Address No Trouble Found (NTF) 

NTF issues continue to adversely affect warranty, quality and service efforts. When the trouble remains unidentified, there is little that can be done to rectify problems especially where individual components function and test out as designed. Nandit and Jossey will discuss:
