BETTER DATA FASTER! The goals of any OEM for all service and/or warranty systems. We focus a tremendous amount of effort on paying claims correctly, but all of that happens AFTER the repair, AFTER the vehicle/customer has left the dealership. What if we could move more warranty decisions up in the process? Move them to the write-up area so we make decisions BEFORE the repair?
