The Vehicle Service & Warranty Lifecycle Roundtable was an outstanding event, and not just for OEMs, but for vendors as well. The radical transparency among the attendees was a unique element to the conference environment. I really enjoyed the conference and the way the tables/booths are set out in the breezeway and not stuck in a separate room. The atmosphere felt very natural for people to come and engage with us.
