Speakers presented on useful topics of interest to me as Tier 1 OEM supplier. Excellent networking and knowledge sharing all around. Highly recommend.
This event was very well organized, with substance-rich content, engaging speakers, and a full agenda of timely topics. Great job and please keep up the good work! Honestly, the personal connections I made at this event was the biggest takeaway for me. Coming out of COVID-19, being able to network with others and meet new companies in person was immensely valuable for me.

The Vehicle Service & Warranty Lifecycle Roundtable was an outstanding event, and not just for OEMs, but for vendors as well. The radical transparency among the attendees was a unique element to the conference environment. This was an impactful and highly organized 2 days filled with excellent speakers, insightful content, and concrete next steps for myself and my team.
An excellent October 2021 event! MAPconnected brings together the best thought leaders in the warranty space for engaging dialogue. The contacts I’ve made through MAPconnected have been very valuable.
I really enjoyed the conference and the way the tables/booths are set out in the breezeway and not stuck in a separate room. The atmosphere felt very natural for people to come and engage with us.
The event was a success with good speakers sharing very important industry warranty practices that demonstrated success. Very good networking sessions also between attendees, sponsors and the speakers.
I was happy to see how the industry OEMs and Tiered Suppliers to are working together to resolve warranty issues. There seems to be more teamwork between organizations than in past years!
Data, connected vehicles, and electrification are likely the most important near-term changes upcoming in the industry all featured prominently on the summit agenda.
