While leading a cross-functional team at Navistar warranty recovery increased to the best-in-class 15% as a percent of gross spend while also reducing overall warranty spend, part returns, and overhead. I am able to leverage my 13+ years of hands-on experience in the automotive and trucking industries to perform in-depth failure mode analysis with suppliers. My experience in the service dealership environment as a technician, parts manager, and service manager; coupled with the experience gained with an OE manufacturer; provides me with the tools and knowledge needed to recover funds and suggest quality improvements from suppliers based on my analysis. I am committed to incrementally reducing warranty expense by increasing supplier recovery and product quality. This is achieved by strengthening existing relationships and creating new relationships with my suppliers and internal engineering teams.
