Carlos Hernandez

Bio

Carlos Hernandez serves as the Quality Manager at the Rochester Hills Technical Center for Sogefi Group. His primary responsibilities include Quality and Warranty Management for the US, Canada, and Mexico locations.

With over 20 years of experience as a Tier 1 supplier in the automotive industry, Carlos is driven and motivated to both serve and learn from his peers, his company, and our customers.

Carlos began his career in manufacturing in Mexico, progressing from PPAP submission to Senior Quality, overseeing Plant Production Quality. He then moved to the US to take on advanced business projects, starting as Project Quality and advancing to Site Quality Manager. His experiences have positioned him well to serve as Quality Warranty Business Manager, overseeing technical and commercial aspects and working closely with Program Management, Product Engineering, Design, and Manufacturing teams to improve overall business performance.

Carlos holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronic Engineering, as well as IATF and several OEM certifications.
