Daryl Kreskowiak  is an accomplished automotive warranty and supplier recovery leader with more than 20 years of experience across OEMs and suppliers, including Stellantis (FCA), Harley-Davidson, Dana Incorporated, and General Motors. His mosts recent role was Manager of Supplier Warranty Cost Recovery at Stellantis where Daryl led global recovery strategy, supplier negotiations, and supported IT systems, delivering a 210% increase in recoveries over six years and representing the company in high-stakes litigation and depositions. His career spans global warranty governance, compliance, operations, engineering, and systems development, with deep expertise in contract risk, complex liability negotiations (powertrain, infotainment, Li-ion batteries, autonomous systems), and cross-functional leadership. Daryl has led the development of multiple enterprise warranty IT platforms impacting tens of thousands of stakeholders, driven multimillion-dollar cost avoidance initiatives, and aligned global OEM warranty frameworks.

He holds a B.S. in Aeronautical Engineering from Western Michigan University.
