Jim Holloway spent his entire professional career at Toyota Motor North America with 20 of the 33 years of service in executive roles. Jim’s distinguished career included procurement leadership across multiple vehicle systems such as Electronics, Powertrain, Chassis and Interior/Exterior Trim. In addition to direct procurement responsibilities, Jim held leadership positions responsible for Risk Management, Supplier Relations and Supplier Diversity. Throughout his career, Jim built a strong reputation as a trustworthy leader and partner, a practical and logical problem solver with a strong focus on continuous improvement.
Since retiring, Jim has founded J Holloway Consulting LLC focusing on strategic planning, business development and operational efficiencies. Jim offers institutional knowledge, thoughtful guidance and coaching and leadership qualities to organizations seeking experienced perspective.
In addition to consulting work, Jim chooses to invest his time in professional and personal mentoring, relationship and community building, traveling, reading and sports (playing and watching).
