Peter Dentler is the Warranty Program Manager Lead at Mack Trucks, bringing more than 20 years of experience across warranty, parts, technical support, and aftersales operations. He leads warranty program initiatives focused on improving claim processes, policy execution, dealer support, and operational performance across the organization.

Since joining Mack Trucks in 2005, Peter has held progressive leadership roles including Warranty Program Manager, Warranty Administrator, and Parts Technical Analyst, providing him with deep expertise in warranty administration and the connection between parts, service, and customer support. His extensive hands-on experience enables him to drive practical improvements that enhance warranty operations while supporting dealers and customers throughout the service lifecycle.
