Uma Boddapati is a warranty and quality professional with a decade of experience spanning warranty management, data analytics, quality performance, and cross functional problem solving. As Senior Warranty Manager at Sensata Technologies, she brings a data-driven approach to continuously improve warranty performance, collaborate with global teams on product and process improvements, and connecting warranty insights to broader quality and business objectives.
Prior to Sensata, Uma held warranty engineering and data analytics roles with Hitachi Astemo and Tenneco, building deep expertise in warranty analytics, customer quality metrics, root-cause problem solving, and performance reporting.
Uma holds a master’s degree in industrial engineering from Wayne State University and a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from JNTU (H). She is also Six Sigma Green Belt certified.
