Bio
Bruce Williams Jr. is a seasoned quality leader with over 27 years of experience in supplier quality, process improvement, and global operations. Starting in 1998 as a Supplier Quality Specialist, Bruce advanced through key roles including Master Black Belt, Chassis Supplier Quality Manager, and Head of Quality for Press Shop & Dies in North America. He has led major initiatives in launch quality, resident engineering, and warranty recovery, and currently drives global strategies as leader of Supplier Quality Process & Methods.
Bruce holds a Master’s in Business Analytics (2023), a Data Analytics Certification (2022), and engineering degrees (MSME, BSME) from Oakland University. His expertise combines technical depth, data-driven decision-making, and leadership in operational excellence.
