Chrystelle Lachance brings over 15 years of global leadership in support and service operations, having led high-performing teams across North America, LATAM, EMEA, and APAC most recently as the Director of Global Support at BRP. In this role, she was responsible for Technical Support, Warranty Operations, and BPOs handling more than 200,000 customer and dealer contacts annually. Chrystelle is known for driving large-scale transformation initiatives that improve KPIs, accelerate response times, and embed AI-powered and live support tools into scalable service models. Her hands-on leadership style and deep belief that service excellence fuels business growth have shaped customer-first strategies across regions. One of her proudest achievements: sustaining an NPS of 80 while implementing lifecycle-value initiatives to boost retention and satisfaction.
