As Executive Director Global Warranty, Graham leads teams focused on improving performance, driving accountability, strengthening customer outcomes, and leveraging digital technology to create more connected and transparent experiences.

Throughout his career, Graham has led business transformation across North America, Europe, Africa, and Asia, with a strong focus on building high-performing teams and delivering measurable business results. He holds an MBA from The Open University and a Bachelor of Engineering (Honors) in Engineering and Management from the University of Strathclyde, along with Cummins Lean Six Sigma and Six Sigma Sponsor certifications.
