With over 18 years of hands-on experience as a Senior Master Technician at Klaben Ford Lincoln, James has lived the challenges of diagnosing and repairing increasingly complex vehicles. Driven to simplify the repair process, he founded Pinpoint, an augmented reality platform that delivers real-time guidance to technicians—streamlining workflows, reducing errors, and improving efficiency in both dealership and independent shop environments.

At Pinpoint, James leads product development, OEM data partnerships, and the expansion of scalable solutions that make critical repair information more accessible where it matters most: in the service bay. A graduate of Ohio Technical College, he brings deep technical expertise and a passion for empowering technicians through smarter, field-ready technology.
