James Nardini is a seasoned automotive executive with over 30 years of experience in Aftersales Operations, including Warranty, Customer Experience, and Technical Support. His career includes leadership positions at Kia U.S. and 21 years at Porsche Cars North America, where he has consistently driven improvements in dealer oversight initiatives and ultimately, improving the customer experience.
During his tenure, James has been responsible for key initiatives such as implementing CSI enhancements, defining Goodwill programs and enhancing the Service Loaner policies all designed to enhance the customer experience and ultimately improve CSI.
James is a proven leader in process change management, international collaboration, and cost containment through trend analysis. James has extensive experience managing Aftersales field teams and establishing quality information systems to capture the voice of the customer.
