Bio

Jennifer is a distinguished executive engineer with over 30 years of experience in the automotive industry, uniquely having worked at all three “Big 3” automakers (GM, Chrysler Jeep, and Ford). She has recently retired this year, previously serving as the Global Lifetime Warranty Chief at Ford Motor Company, where she strategically oversaw corporate warranty cost and spending, driving significant reductions and process transformations.

A Mechanical Engineer and 6 Sigma Black Belt, Jennifer’s diverse Ford career spans Manufacturing, Product Development, and Quality, where she has supported key vehicle launches (Explorer, F-150, Super Duty) and is currently co-leading the transformation of Warranty Processes and Tools. Her leadership has resulted in substantial achievements, including developing processes for significant annual supplier recoveries and pioneering innovative analytical tools for warranty cost management.

Beyond her professional achievements, Jennifer is a passionate advocate for mentorship and community. She has dedicated over 20 years to mentoring women in engineering and manufacturing and created Ford’s first Quality Mentoring Program. Her commitment extends to numerous charities, including being a Race for the Cure Team Captain for 22 years and a board member for her church and a founding Board Chairperson for Blessings in a Backpack Livonia. A proud highlight is her daughter, a Mechanical Engineering Ford College Graduate in Product Development, inspired by Jennifer’s path.
