Bio

Jérôme Clerc is an IT leader with nearly 30 years of experience in the automotive industry, spanning infrastructure, project management, and functional architecture. He began his career at PSA Peugeot Citroën in 1996 and has continued with Stellantis following the merger with FCA. After leading initiatives across HR, legal, and communications, Jérôme moved into the Aftersales domain in 2015, where he developed deep expertise across its full scope — from functional architecture to field operations. He currently leads the IT application domain for Warranty & Field Actions (recall campaigns) at Stellantis, overseeing blueprint and assessment, build activities, and application management services.
