Bio

With 25 years of experience creating Workforce Solutions for the Vehicle Services Group, Laura Kelly is dedicated to delivering exceptional support to OEMs and their suppliers. At Advantage Technical, she leads the teams’ efforts in direct placement, contingent staffing, managed services, and outsourced solutions. Laura specializes in collaborating with Service Engineering Departments which include Techlines, Warranty, and Garage Services. Through her leadership, her team received the Toyota Supplier of the Year Award for Value 2024 and for Partnership in 2025.  She believes their success is built upon creating a network of technicians enabling them to recruit top talent, streamline daily operations, and develop effective retention strategies alongside their clients.
