Bio
Stephen Olejniczak serves as the Associate Warranty Director at Navistar, Inc. Having 30 years of experience in the industry, the past 20 years in various Service Roles within Navistar. In his current role, he manages warranty operations, and is responsible for product warranty development, policy, process, and application. In 2016, Steve’s contributions resulted in being awarded Navistar’s Quality Award for developing an innovative warranty validation solution. He also serves as the Business Owner of the newly developed/released Warranty System and was the business lead on that multi-year system development team.
