Overcoming Today’s and Tomorrow’s Warranty Processing Challenges

Warranty processing is becoming more complex for both dealers and OEMs—from workforce shortages and aging systems to increasingly detailed claims, new vehicle technologies, audits, and rising costs. This panel facilitated by WarrCloud brings together a dealer representative and former GM, Global Vice President of Customer Care and Aftersales Tim Turvey to discuss where warranty processing breaks down, what high-performing dealers do differently, and how OEMs can improve compliance while maintaining a positive dealer experience.

The discussion will explore:

  • Where warranty processing breaks down today—and what it costs dealers and OEMs
  • How AI, automation, specialized expertise, and new operating models can improve claim accuracy and speed
  • The future opportunity for shared standards, certified claims expertise, and more connected warranty systems
  • How OEMs and dealers can reduce administrative burden while improving payment speed, accuracy, and customer satisfaction
