Tony Smith is a career Automotive Service Readiness Professional that has worked in the past for Fortune 500 companies that focused on warranty/service for OEM’s such as GM, Toyota, Ford, and many others to execute and launch service efforts with a focus on repairability, serviceability, recalls and warranty cost reduction. He believes that a properly executed launch plan with a customer focus is the cornerstone of customer satisfaction. Tony was Canoo’s first service employee and led the initiative of working with warranty groups to develop predictive and proactive plan towards warranty at Canoo.
