Attending the Vehicle Service & Warranty Lifecycle Summit is an event I enjoy every year. This year was no exception. I took away a lot of innovation ideas from the event this year, especially where the industry is going! I can't wait to see what topics are in store for 2024!
Really enjoyed the conference and the way the tables/booths are set out in the breezeway and not stuck in a separate room, it felt very natural for people to come and walk up to us.

There are many conferences to which I am invited each year. The MAPconnected Warranty Conference is the one I never want to miss. I always come back with new innovative ideas that I can implement.
I was happy to see how the Industry OEMs and Tiered suppliers are working together to resolve warranty issues. There seems to be more teamwork between organizations than in past years.
First time to conference and found all aspects very insightful and relevant to my work. Great place to connect and network with various people. Good cross section of support for our warranty needs.
