Austin Conroy brings a wealth of experience and a unique perspective to the automotive industry. With a solid foundation in leading teams in financial reporting and nonprofit fundraising, Austin transitioned into the automotive sector, where he has thrived in roles across sales, sales management, and finance. His career is marked by a remarkable shift from finance manager to service manager overnight, a testament to his versatility and expertise. Currently, Austin serves as the Regional Fixed Operations Director for the Rohrman Automotive Group, where he oversees six rooftops, including Toyota, Honda, KIA, and Hyundai franchises, along with a collision center. In his spare time, Austin is a beekeeper, competitive golfer, proud husband, and father to three young kids.
