Each brings decades of experience and a proven track record of driving innovation across aftersales, warranty, and customer service operations.
James Kiriazes – Director Customer Quality Engineering, Bridgestone Americas
James Kiriazes is responsible for warranty and aftermarket customer support activities for Bridgestone’s operations in North and South America. This includes the operation of a customer-facing call center, inspections of products in the field and returned under warranty, the creation and application of warranty policy, and the analysis of data for early warning and other relevant field signals.
Prior to Bridgestone, James developed and installed large projects within the renewable and sustainable energy sector, energy conservation and efficiency sector, and within nuclear power generation. James is a licensed professional engineer and is located at Bridgestone’s headquarters in Nashville, TN.
Jossey Bertollini – Product Engineering Manager, Magna Seating
Jossey Bertollini is the Warranty Product Engineering Manager at Magna Seating NA. With over 20 years of experience in the automotive warranty industry, from the dealership world, OEM, to the supply chain, she has led cross-functional teams in incident reduction, cost mitigation, data analytics, and the design and implementation of warranty management processes and data systems.
Dean Ricciardulli – CEO, CarTechIQ
Dean Ricciardulli is a recognized leader in the global automotive industry, with over 32 years of experience in automotive software engineering, IT, and AI. He currently serves as CEO of CarTechIQ, Inc., a company pioneering AI-driven solutions for the automotive sector. Throughout his career, Dean has focused on enhancing quality and safety across collision repair, mechanical repair, glass repair, and automotive insurance markets. Previously, he was VP of Global OEM Relations at Repairify, Inc., ensuring access to critical OEM data and tools, and has held executive leadership roles at Solera, ALLDATA, and Mitchell International. Dean is also a published author, sought-after trade show speaker, and SEMA Product of the Year award winner, recognized for his contributions to automotive technology innovation.
