Marijo’s journey into the world of warranty and quality includes his tenure at the Volkswagen Group, where he built his expertise in supplier cost recovery, quality improvement, and claims management. Today, he leads Kia America’s warranty operations and technical assistance efforts, overseeing programs that directly strengthen dealer relationships and elevate service performance across the network.

With more than two decades of experience, Marijo has seen firsthand how data-driven analysis can transform warranty management — shifting it from a cost-control measure to a catalyst for operational improvement and customer trust. His perspective is especially relevant as OEMs and suppliers look to unlock efficiencies through smarter claims processing, better communication, and stronger partnerships with dealers.
