February 9, 2026 – MAPconnected announces the expansion of its Leadership Xchange portfolio with two invitation-only executive peer benchmarking forums designed to support OEM leaders navigating increasing complexity across Technical Assistance Centers (TAC) and Warranty Administration.
The TAC Leadership Xchange Group brings together leaders responsible for Technical Assistance Centers, dealer support, diagnostics, and service operations. The Warranty Administration Xchange Group brings together OEM leaders responsible for warranty administration, claims operations, dealer support, and cost control to benchmark best-in-class operating models, resource strategies, and measurable outcomes for how warranty claims are assessed, supported, and governed—balancing automation, compliance, dealer experience, and financial discipline.
The inaugural virtual session, February 26 from 3:00-4:15pm ET, Managing The Impact Of New State Laws On Warranty Reimbursement Processes, will include peer benchmarking on how OEMs are adapting claims, labor, and parts reimbursement models while redefining approval processes under evolving retail rate legislation.
The facilitated benchmarking program will meet 4 times annually, including an in-person session at the 2026 Service & Warranty Lifecycle Summit (October 19–21, Detroit) and 3 virtual peer roundtables both facilitated by Mike Roberts, President of MR Insights, who brings deep expertise in warranty operations, compliance, and OEM benchmarking with over 30+ years at Ford Motor Company.
