As a new media partner of MAPConnected, MOTOR had the opportunity to attend the Vehicle Service & Warranty Lifecycle Roundtable on October 13-14th. Andre Letourneau, MOTOR’s Director of Data Strategy & OEM Relations, attended the event virtually. Letourneau was one of the 100+ attendees who participated in the two-day event, hearing from over 35 OEM, OES and dealership professionals from a range of companies including Navistar, Nissan, General Motors, RepairPal, the National Automobile Dealers Association and Salesforce. The Roundtable agenda included content surrounding the following themes:
