2026 Summit Speakers: 4 Powerful Voices Join MAPconnected

2026 Summit speakers Tim Turvey, Peter Dentler, Bryan Tracy and Wayne Mitchell at the MAPconnected Service & Warranty Lifecycle Summit.

MAPconnected is proud to announce the next set of speakers joining the 6th annual Service & Warranty Lifecycle Summit, bringing diverse industry perspectives from global customer care, heavy-truck warranty operations, and a new EV startup company.

This week we are highlighting:

Tim Turvey, former Global Vice President, Customer Care & Aftersales, General Motors

Peter Dentler, Warranty Program Manager Lead, Mack Trucks | Volvo Trucks North America

Bryan Tracy, Warranty Manager, Slate Auto

Wayne Mitchell, Global Senior Vice President, Business Development, Sedgwick

Each speaker sees the service and warranty lifecycle from a different position. Together, those perspectives help create the cross-functional conversation at the center of the Summit.

Meet the 2026 Summit Speakers

Service and warranty decisions rarely remain inside one department.

Customer-care teams hear the consequences of product and service experiences. Warranty teams manage claims, policies and operational decisions. Technical teams investigate conditions and support repairs. Business and technology partners help organizations connect information, processes and people across the lifecycle.

The value of bringing these disciplines together is not that everyone arrives with the same answer. It is that each person can challenge the assumptions created when a problem is viewed from only one part of the organization.

Global customer care and aftersales

Few areas reveal the relationship between operational decisions and customer trust as clearly as customer care and aftersales.

Drawing on his leadership experience as former Global Vice President of Customer Care & Aftersales at General Motors, Tim Turvey adds an enterprise-level perspective on what happens after a vehicle enters the market. His experience connects product performance, service delivery, warranty decisions and the long-term relationship between customers, dealers and manufacturers.

Heavy-truck warranty operations

For commercial-vehicle customers, a warranty decision is rarely an administrative matter. Downtime, repair accuracy, parts availability and communication can all have an immediate effect on the customer’s business.

As Warranty Program Manager Lead at Mack Trucks, Peter Dentler understands warranty in an environment where equipment must continue performing under demanding operating conditions. His perspective will help ground the Summit conversation in the practical realities of supporting commercial vehicles and the people who depend on them.

Building warranty for a new EV automotive company

What would a warranty program look like if it could be considered while a new automotive company was still taking shape?

That question makes Bryan Tracy’s perspective particularly timely. As Warranty Manager at Slate Auto, he is working where new products, processes, technologies, and customer expectations meet. Slate Auto is challenging traditional automotive norms with a direct-to-consumer model and a DIY-friendly approach that enables owners to repair, upgrade, and customize their vehicles themselves. As the company rethinks how vehicles are sold, serviced, and supported, Bryan’s participation offers a valuable opportunity to explore how warranty operations can evolve to support new ownership models while ensuring quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction

Connecting solutions across the industry

Some service and warranty challenges cannot be understood from the perspective of a single organization.

Wayne Mitchell, Global Senior Vice President of Business Development at Sedgwick, works across those organizational boundaries. His experience offers a wider view of how companies connect internal teams, outside expertise, technology and operational support. At the Summit, that perspective can help advance the discussion from identifying complexity to building stronger coordination across the lifecycle.

Why different perspectives matter

The strongest Summit conversations do not come from placing four identical résumés on a stage.

They happen when leaders with different responsibilities compare what they see, identify where information or ownership becomes disconnected and examine how decisions affect the rest of the lifecycle.

These four speakers add experience from established automotive manufacturing, heavy trucks, a new vehicle company and an organization working across the industry.

Their participation will support a broader Summit conversation covering warranty improvement, technical assistance, field service, quality, recall, metrics, diagnostics, connected fleets, legal and regulatory questions, and financial and insurance products.

More speakers and program details will be announced as the Summit approaches.
