The first 2026 Summit speakers bring four distinct perspectives into one room: warranty recovery, global warranty leadership, customer quality engineering and automotive technology. Together, they reflect the cross-functional reality of the service and warranty lifecycle.
MAPconnected is pleased to welcome Daryl Kreskowiak of Stellantis, Graham Swan of Cummins, James Kiriazes of Bridgestone Americas and Jordan Tauriainen of ServiceNow to the 2026 Service & Warranty Lifecycle Summit.
The Summit takes place October 19–21 at the Westin Southfield Detroit. Its agenda moves across warranty improvement, technical assistance, field service, quality, recall, metrics, diagnostics, connected vehicles, legal and regulatory questions, and financial and insurance products.
No single function sees that complete picture. The value comes from bringing different operating views together and examining where responsibilities, systems and customer expectations intersect.
Meet the First 2026 Summit Speakers
Daryl Kreskowiak: The warranty-recovery perspective
Daryl Kreskowiak, Director, NA Warranty Recovery at Stellantis, brings a perspective grounded in accountability across complex warranty relationships.
Warranty recovery connects decisions made across quality, supplier management, claims, finance and operations. It requires more than identifying a cost. Teams must understand what happened, establish responsibility and create a process that supports both accurate recovery and stronger future performance.

Graham Swan: The global warranty view
Graham Swan, Executive Director, Global Warranty at Cummins, adds the global leadership perspective.
Warranty strategies must work across markets, products, partners and operating environments. That creates questions about consistency, governance, data and how global priorities translate into decisions made closer to the customer. Graham’s participation expands the conversation beyond a single program or region and toward the leadership choices required across an international organization.

James Kiriazes: Connecting quality, policy and field signals
James Kiriazes, Director, Customer Quality Engineering at Bridgestone Americas, works across warranty and aftermarket customer support in North and South America.
His responsibilities include customer-facing support, field and returned-product inspections, warranty policy, and the analysis of information used for early warning and other field signals. That combination creates a valuable bridge between what customers experience, what products reveal in the field and how organizations translate those signals into policy and action.
James is also a licensed professional engineer whose earlier work included major renewable energy, energy-efficiency and nuclear power projects.

Jordan Tauriainen: Connecting automotive strategy and technology
Jordan Tauriainen, Senior Director of Global Automotive Go-To-Market at ServiceNow, brings a technology and workflow perspective to the speaker community.
Service and warranty teams increasingly operate across disconnected systems, manual reviews and fragmented processes. The technology conversation is therefore not simply about adding another tool. It is about making work visible, connecting decisions and helping teams improve execution without losing the operational knowledge already embedded in the business.
Four Perspectives, One Service and Warranty Lifecycle
The first 2026 Summit speakers show why the strongest industry discussions cannot be confined to one department.
Warranty recovery needs quality and supplier insight. Global warranty leadership depends on clear governance and usable information. Customer quality engineering connects policies to field experience. Technology must support the people responsible for turning all of that into timely, defensible decisions.
These four leaders are the beginning of a speaker community designed to challenge assumptions, compare operating realities and share ideas that can survive beyond the conference room.
