Summit speakers do more than fill an agenda. The strongest lineups bring together people who see different parts of the same operating system and can help an audience understand where decisions connect.
MAPconnected is pleased to introduce 6 more voices joining the 6th annual Service & Warranty Lifecycle Summit, taking place October 19–21 at the Westin Southfield Detroit.
This group brings experience across global warranty strategy, connected technology, warranty systems, technical assistance, purchasing and AI-enabled customer engagement. Together, they strengthen the Summit’s focus on the practical decisions shaping aftersales, aftercare services, warranty and quality.
Josh Cohen: Connecting Warranty Strategy to Operational Results
Josh Cohen is Global Warranty Strategy Manager at General Motors. His work spans warranty strategy and policy, claims payments, data-driven quality improvement, technology implementation and courtesy transportation programs.
His Summit perspective connects enterprise strategy with the systems, measures and operating practices that turn warranty priorities into results. Some of you may have met Josh last year when he was a featured panelist on our AI in the Field session, where he showcased the GM Dealer Chatbot as a practical example of AI-enabled support in action.
Jennifer Jones Wheeler: A Lifetime View of Warranty Transformation
Jennifer Jones Wheeler joins the Summit as former Global Lifetime Warranty Chief at Ford Motor Company. Across more than 30 years in automotive, she has worked across manufacturing, product development, quality and warranty, including leadership experience at all 3 Detroit automakers.
Her perspective reaches beyond warranty cost alone. It includes process transformation, connected technology, analytical tools, supplier recovery and the leadership required to change how organizations use warranty information. Jennifer is working with MAPconnected to lead the newest Xchange Group offering – Field Services Connected Data which will benchmark data analytics strategies that optimize end‑to‑end quality issue resolution, from early detection to field action.

Steve Olejniczak: Building Validation Into the Warranty Process
Steve Olejniczak is Associate Director Warranty at International. His experience combines warranty operations with the development and deployment of warranty technology.
His work explores how vehicle information, fault codes and connected systems can create additional validation opportunities, increase repair confidence and expand appropriate automated payments. That makes his perspective especially relevant as organizations work to balance control, dealer efficiency and better decisions.
Marijo Prodanic: Turning Warranty Data Into an Operating Advantage
Marijo Prodanic is Director Warranty Ops & Tech Assistance at Kia America. His responsibilities connect warranty payments, dealer support, audits, factory recovery, technical guidance and service-garage operations.
Returning to the Summit with 5 people from the Kia America and Kia North America team, Marijo brings a cross-functional view of how warranty data can support product quality, claims management, dealer relationships and financial performance. His experience reflects the Summit’s core premise: warranty information creates greater value when it moves across the organization.
Jim Holloway: Bringing Purchasing and Supplier Relationships Into the Lifecycle
Jim Holloway is Former General Manager Purchasing at Toyota Motor North America. His 33-year Toyota career included executive leadership across procurement, risk management, supplier relations and supplier diversity.
As facilitator of MAPconnected’s Purchasing & Supplier Cost Sharing Leadership Xchange Group, Jim helps leaders examine how governance, supplier interaction, administrative burden and recovery processes influence the wider warranty chain. His participation connects Summit discussion directly to the peer benchmarking already underway inside MyWarrantyNetwork and will lead a stakeholder panel discussion at this year’s summit with some of the Xchange group.
Mark Abbott: Connecting Customer Engagement and AI
Mark Abbott is Client Executive at Pegasystems. His participation brings another technology-provider perspective into the Summit as organizations consider how data, workflow, AI and customer engagement can support better service and warranty outcomes.
Pegasystems has also been very active participating in MAPconnected’s broader 2026 program, including showcasing a client case with Toyota during one of the AI-SWLM Think Tank Showcases. Mark’s Summit contribution will extend that connected conversation into October.
One Summit, Connected Operating Questions
These 6 Summit speakers represent different functions, but the questions they are helping address are connected:
- How can warranty strategy translate into measurable operating improvement?
- Where can connected data and AI improve decisions without adding unnecessary friction?
- How should warranty systems validate information and support repair confidence?
- What can purchasing, supplier recovery and governance teach the wider warranty organization?
- How can leaders use warranty information to improve quality, dealer support and customer outcomes?
The Summit agenda combines workshops, case studies, leadership sessions and roundtables across warranty improvement, TAC tools and processes, field service, dealer training, quality, recalls, AI, analytics, metrics, auditing, diagnostics, connected fleets, legal and regulatory compliance, financial products and insurance.
⏰ Current ticket pricing ends August 31. The 25% 3-ticket bundle is also available through August 31 for organizations bringing colleagues.
